“Terrific customer service from Rob Dee. We visited Howdy Honda as well as some other dealerships to look at minivans. The other dealerships didn’t compare. Rob met us outside to see if he could help us and indeed he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Quiet and calm, he provided us information on the Odyssey, the trims, their features, availability, etc. Our test drive with him was unhurried and very useful, and both my husband and I had a chance to drive and try out different maneuvers. Over the next few days, whenever I had a follow-up questions, Rob answered his phone and provided answers. And when he wasn’t certain, he looked it up and called back. He wasn’t at all pushy and provided time for us to discuss things on our own. We had a very positive experience at Howdy Honda and really appreciated the time and attention Rob Dee provided.“
